Introduction
Our client, a Chinese Asset Management firm, is seeking a Compliance Manager in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
The Compliance Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Ensure that the company complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance training for employees
- Investigate and report any compliance issues to senior management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulators
- Conduct compliance audits
Skills
- 4-10 years of experience in compliance
- Knowledge of SFC1, 4, 9
- Strong knowledge of general compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Madarin
