A Global Asset Manager is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to work directly with their Chief Legal Officer. This counsel will serve as the primary deal lawyer for their Boston office and will oversee the day-to-day legal work of the firm. This individual will have direct access to C-suite executives both in the U.S. and abroad and will be an important stakeholder for the business.
Qualifications of the AGC:
- JD from a top law school
- 4+ year of experience at a top tier law firm or relevant in-house experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation including purchase and sale agreements, contribution agreements and more
- Experience in the corporate, transactional, or finance group at a law firm
