A Global Commerical Bank is currently seeking a Derivatives Counsel to work directly with their Chief Legal Officer. This counsel will serve as the first Derivatives Lawyer in the United States and will be responsible for all aspects of legal support and advice in relation to a broad suite of trading documentation with a focus on institutional investors. This individual will have direct access to C-suite executives both in the U.S. and abroad and will be an important stakeholder for the business.
Qualifications:
- JD from a top law school
- 4+ years of expereince with an international law firm; in-house experience preferred
- Experience with FX, Rates, and Repos products
- Familiarity with ISDAs, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs, and CDEAs
