Our client is looking for an insurance litigation associate to join their dynamic Newark office working with a close-knit team of experts in the insurance coverage field. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in commercial insurance coverage litigation and counseling for policyholders
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience, primarily in representing policyholders in commercial insurance disputes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively
