Salary: $200,000 - $220,000

Junior L&E Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in labor and employment law matters, including but not limited to employment dispute, compliance issues, and litigation
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Attend court proceedings and participate in legal negotiations in both New Jersey and New York
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to the development of case strategies
Junior L&E Associate Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York
- Strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher. Flexibility in academic qualifications may be considered
