Junior Legal Advisor - Oil and Gas
My client is a leading and growing Oil and Gas Trading Firm, and we are recruiting for a Junior Legal Advisor to be based in the Singapore's office. You will be given the opportunity to support the business on all legal related matters in the region, and work closely with stakeholders and traders. We are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry and scale up with the business
Responsibilities for this Junior Legal Advisor - Oil and Gas
- Provide support, advice and guidance to the Legal and Contracts Team
- Manage overall contracts, create and generate contracts
- Work closely with various stakeholders in the business
- Liaising with outside counsel regarding their assignments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that policies are in line with business and regulatory requirement
Requirements for this Junior Legal Advisor - Oil and Gas
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, called to the Singapore/UK Bar;
- NQ (Newly Qualified) - 2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
- Strong English drafting, advisory and communication skills
- Attention to detail
