Job Title: Labor & Employment Attorney (Fully Remote)
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join this highly prominent firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with a focus on litigation. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from different parts of the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment litigation cases, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay current with developments in employment law and related regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in the state you reside in.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex litigation cases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
