Salary: $150,000 to $250,000

Labor and Employment Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, and workplace safety issues
- Assist with the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and employment agreements
Labor and Employment Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Bar admission to the Florida bar
- 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle complex legal matters
