Salary: 180k/yr - 240k/yr
We have partnered with a company seeking a skilled Senior Counsel to join their team. This full-time, work-from-home position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and excellent written and oral communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Handle employment practices liability insurance cases, including all aspects of litigation
Defend and litigate federal employment-related cases
Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys to develop strategies for complex legal challenges
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
Must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence
Significant litigation experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
