Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle trial and arbitration cases.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, manage discovery, and draft and argue motions.
- Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
- Manage litigation matters involving discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues.
- Provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in trial and arbitration.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently.
