Legal Compliance Specialist - SaaS

We are partnered on a Legal Compliance Specialist search with a B2B SaaS company. This company has significant revenue and a global employee footprint. The role will report into the General Counsel and help build out compliance function across the business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with the General Counsel to provide daily guidance on compliance initiatives and programs across the business
- Oversee the tracking of mandatory corporate trainings
- Oversee management of tracking key documents and reports across the business
The Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Notary Public
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an in house tech environment
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience working in a global legal/compliance role
