My client is a Hedge Fund and we are recruiting for a legal counsel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating and revieiwing of legal documents
- Manage and coordinate the tax filing activities for the group
- Assist in developing and evaluating strategies for financial compliance
- Offer legal guidance on financial compliance and strategies to reduce risk
- Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal control systems for all group subsidiaries
