Corporate Counsel - Hedge Fund
My client is a leading hedge fund and we are recruiting for a Corporate Counsel to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the global business on all compliance related matters in the region, and we are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.
Responsibilities for this Corporate Counsel - Hedge Fund role
- Draft, review and negotiate all corporate commercial agreements for the firm
- Provide legal advisory to business on pertinent issues
- Monitor regulatory changes, assist in interpretation and implementation of new or changes in regulations and policies, as required to address, manage and mitigate of such changes in a practical and effective manne
Requirements for this Corporate Counsel - Hedge Fund role
- At least 4 years PQE with relevant funds/Hedge Fund experience
- Self-motivated, positive personality and being able to engage business stakeholders to provide compliance strategies
- Possesses strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and tight timelines
