We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Legal Vice President to join our team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including expertise in over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, with a focus on OTC derivatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions as required.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to OTC derivatives.
- Manage and oversee legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present legal reports to senior management.
