This role involves working on corporate transactions for innovative, high-growth companies in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology sectors domestically and globally. This role is hiring in Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of corporate transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance.
- Collaborate with venture-backed private and public companies.
- Work within a team on complex transactions and manage significant components independently.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
- Experience with public company work, including ongoing SEC representation.
- Preferred: Experience with life sciences companies or a strong interest in the field.
- Exceptional academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and manage substantial transaction components independently.
