They are seeking a Paralegal to lead their internal legal department. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate leases, managing litigation with external legal counsel, contract review and administration, legal compliance, and employee relations. This role will be part of the C-suite leadership team, providing advice on Real Estate and Lease Administration matters.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage real estate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage litigation processes, working closely with external legal counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Ensure legal compliance across all company operations, including regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide legal support and guidance on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution and policy development.
- Collaborate with the C-suite leadership team to advise on Real Estate and Lease Administration matters, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in real estate and lease administration
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to work onsite
