Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Advise on risk management strategies, employee relations, and litigation avoidance measures.
- Engage in active business development, leveraging your personal network and participating in industry events.
- Contribute to our diversity initiatives, promoting an inclusive and culturally responsive workplace.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar and located in either SF or LA
- At least 8 years of experience specializing in Employment Law, with a proven record of success in both litigation and advisory capacities.
- Extensive experience in California wage and hour law.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients, with a portable book of business generating at least $1.5 Million annually.

- Highly Competitive compensation package centered on origination of business. Compensation Ranges from $400,000-$800,000+ depending on experience and your portable book of business
