Our client is seeking an exceptional Associate with at least 2 years of real estate transactional experience to join their Real Estate Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals in both the Real Estate and Global Hospitality Group®.
The firm represents a diverse range of clients, including owners, operators, investors, developers, lenders, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals in all aspects of real estate transactions and development. This position offers broad exposure to a variety of real estate transactions, including:
- Acquisitions & Dispositions
- Financing & Joint Ventures
- Construction & Development
- Leasing
As an Associate, you will work under the guidance of active partners and have the opportunity to contribute to negotiating and drafting transactional agreements, assist with due diligence, and support the closing of transactions. The role will allow you to grow and develop professionally within a collaborative environment, and you will be involved in sophisticated real estate matters that span multiple legal disciplines.
The Real Estate Group is complemented by the firm's other leading practices, including hospitality, land use, corporate, tax, labor, intellectual property, and a full-service litigation department.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of real estate transactional experience
- Sophisticated law firm experience is required
- Finance and leasing experience is highly desired
- California Bar Admission is required
