Product Liability Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of product liability litigation, from pre-litigation counselling and case development to discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
- Manage a diverse caseload of high-profile product liability cases, including mass torts, class actions, and individuals claims.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and practice areas within the firm to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Product Liability Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to New York State Bar (or ability to)
- 2+ years of experience
