We are seeking an exceptional Associate with at least 3 years of real estate transactional experience to join a prominent team representing owners, investors, developers, lenders, private equity firms, and family offices. The role offers broad exposure to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, construction, and specialized experience in hotel ownership, franchising, and management.
This position will involve close collaboration with one of the premier hospitality law practices in the world, specifically within their Global Hospitality Group®. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly on high-level transactions across a range of real estate and hospitality matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with negotiating and drafting transactional agreements
- Perform due diligence and support the closing of transactions
- Collaborate with senior partners and experienced professionals on complex matters
- Contribute to the development and success of the real estate and hospitality practice
Desired Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate transactional work
- Strong background in finance and leasing is preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus, especially in hotel ownership, franchising, and management
Qualifications:
- California Bar Admission required
