A Mid-Sized Accounting Firm near Long Beach, CA is looking to add an Assurance Senior Manager to the team. The growing firm is one of the largest CPA firms in LA and puts an emphasis on culture and employee retention. Reporting to the Assurance Partner, this role will act as a leader across the firm and manage a portfolio of client assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client projects and act as a liaison between internal team and privately-owned clients
- Collaborate with Audit and Assurance Partners to provide quality client service and develop internal reports & budgeting
- Train and supervise junior staff members
- Day travel to local client sites and oversee completion of audit tasks
Requirements:
- 8+ years' Audit & Assurance experience, preferably with exposure to inventory such as retail, apparel, manufacturing, or consumer goods
- CPA
- Strong technical expertise
- Prior management or supervising experience
- Desire to join a tight-knit community
