Salary: 180k/yr - 240k/yr
We are seeking a skilled Senior Counsel for a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment litigation and excellent written and oral communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Conducting internal audits of pay practices, and state and federal wage and hour compliance for employers
Assist employers with internal and external audits or investigations conducted by administrative agencies
Defend and litigate federal employment-related cases
Advise and counsel clients on a broad range of labor and employment law issues
Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys to develop strategies for complex legal challenges
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
Must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence
Significant litigation experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
