Our company specializes in the production and distribution of a wide range of chemical products, including specialty chemicals. We are looking for a talent to provide high-level legal advice and support to senior management and various departments, ensuring the company's operations comply with all legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the legal team, providing guidance and support on complex legal matters.
- Strategic Advice: Advise senior management on legal risks and opportunities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Develop and oversee comprehensive compliance programs.
- Intellectual Property (IP): Strategically manage the company's IP portfolio and handle complex IP issues.
- Contracts: Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of high-value contracts and agreements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the company's operations.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior legal role, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of QA, compliance, IP, and regulatory affairs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
