A publicly traded cyber security company is hiring a Senior Product Counsel. Joining this established, yet growing data analytics company would give you the ability to work cross functionally with a multitude of teams - all with a Product legal lens.
Responsibilities:
- Support products, engineering, and marketing team with any and all legal matters
- Contract drafting and negotiating with sales and marketing teams
- Provide product support from a strategy and operational standpoint
- Advise on IP, privacy, compliance, and AI initiatives
Requirements:
- JD from accredited Law School
- Experience working with products/engineering teams
- SaaS knowledge
- 7 years of legal experience (law firm and in-house experience with a tech/software company is a plus)
- Report to office 5 days a week. Office located 45 minutes west of Boston
