We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a Trial Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or employment litigation. This will be a hybrid role in the client's Manhattan office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in all phases of litigation, from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
- Handle cases in federal and state court and in arbitration.
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
- Manage discovery processes.
- Engage in oral advocacy and depositions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or employment litigation.
- Experience in all stages of litigation, including court-room experience.
- NY bar admission required, NJ bar admission preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
