A highly regarded client is looking for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 1+ years of experience to join its trust and estate controversy team in Chicago, IL. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. While specific experience in trust and estate controversy is not required, candidates should have an interest in trust, estate, and guardianship litigation and administration.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually (based on a full-time schedule)
