With a newly revamped department structure, the Legal team is looking to add a Vice President to their Hospital Operations and Regulatory team. In this role you will oversee a team of five attorneys specializing in Regulatory, Clinical and Operations matters. You will travel to centers across the US meeting with Physicians, employees and C-Suite leadership advising on regulatory compliance and operational strategy. Further details are listed below:
For success, this role requires:
- 15+ years of experience supporting Hosptial Operations across the United States including advisory on a wide range of regulatory considerations.
- Ability to foster relationships and advise on Medical Staff disputes, Physician disiplinary measures, clinical research matters and government investigations related to care.
- 10+ years of management experience.
