My client in Philadelphia is eager to bring on an experienced individual at the Associate or Of Counsel level to join their Wage and Hour Litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with over four years of experience handling class and collective actions, offering the chance to immediately step into significant client engagements.
Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Direct involvement in wage & hour litigation cases.
- Drafting motions with precision and arguing them persuasively before courts.
- Meticulously preparing witnesses for trials or depositions ensuring they are thoroughly equipped for questioning.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required.
- New Jersey Bar admission is strongly preferred.
