We are seeking a passionate and experienced medical devices Compliance Manager to join the APAC Ethics & Compliance Team. This role involves operationalizing the in APAC, ensuring compliance risks are mitigated, and collaborating with colleagues across different global offices. The successful candidate will become the regulatory subject matter expert for Korea and support compliance efforts in other assigned businesses and countries within APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the ethics and compliance program in Korea and other APAC regions, conduct risk assessments, and communicate regionally on key policies and processes.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks, review and approve high-risk transactions, and monitor compliance governance processes.
- Monitor key compliance metrics, develop action plans, and address opportunities identified from metrics, investigations, and audits.
- Act as the point-of-contact for compliance questions and provide leadership and oversight for compliance reporting per the Korean Sunshine Act requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance, law, finance, audit, or related fields.
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Expertise in Korean Sunshine Act transparency reporting and anti-bribery principles.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and collaborate with multiple functions and countries.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Word.
