An esteemed financial services institution is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with a strong background in retail banking compliance to join the team. Reporting directly to the VP of Compliance, this role will serve as the SME for the retail credit card team. The role involves independent oversight of compliance functions, detailed reporting, and influential representation on related committees. This role can be based out of multiple locations on a 2-day hybrid basis, including NYC, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and more.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years in a similar role
- Experience with credit card regulations; Can demonstrate review & challenge experience
- Audit or testing background is a plus
- CRCM, CPA, or additional certifications are a plus
