A leading bank is looking for an experienced candidate to join their US Privacy Office and help drive a culture of privacy compliance. As the Privacy Compliance Governance & Operations Manager, you'll guide data privacy initiatives and support privacy programs from a governance perspective. Key responsibilities include reviewing Data Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), managing privacy incidents, overseeing training updates, and collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of compliance programs, policies, and awareness training.
- Monitor and report privacy compliance, escalate issues, and provide specialized training.
- Manage privacy designations and access controls.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in privacy, compliance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), data governance, and risk management.
- Experience with MS Office and handling confidential information.
- CIPP/US, CIPT, or similar certification preferred.
